Install RustDesk & Pay for Service
3 steps. ~5 minutes. After install, share your RustDesk ID with G3SSLLC and we'll connect.
01. DOWNLOAD
Pick your platform. The installer is pre-configured to connect to the G3SSLLC rendezvous server, so you don't need to change any settings during install.
Not sure which one? Most computers made after 2015 are 64-bit. Pick "64-bit" unless told otherwise.
02. INSTALL
Click the downloaded file and follow the installer. Default options are fine. RustDesk will run in the background and show a window with your RustDesk ID and a temporary password.
🐧 Linux — paste this in a terminal
Mac equivalent: curl -sSL https://pay.g3ssllc.com/install/rustdesk.sh.macos | sudo bash
🪟 Windows — open PowerShell as Admin and paste
Or just double-click the .exe and follow the installer — both work.
🍎 macOS — drag to Applications
Open the .dmg, drag RustDesk to the Applications folder, then open it from Launchpad.
03. SHARE YOUR ID & PAY
A. Find your RustDesk ID
When RustDesk opens, you'll see a screen with:
- A long ID number (e.g.
123 456 789) - A temporary password you can change later
B. Send it to G3SSLLC
Email your ID + a brief description of what you need help with to [email protected] — or call/text the number we'll send you. Once we're connected, you'll see a popup asking to accept the connection. Click Accept.
C. Pay for the session
Pick a plan below. The Pay button opens PayPal — you can pay with a PayPal account, a debit card, or Apple/Google Pay. We do not start the session until payment is received.
PRICING
Billing is in 30-minute blocks. A 45-minute session = $first hour + 1 block. A 90-minute session = $first hour + 2 blocks.
Note: the PayPal link opens without an amount — enter the total on the PayPal screen. For "Pay $X for a remote support session", enter the dollar amount you owe. For plan subscriptions, enter your first session's cost and we'll reconcile the rest manually.
